It's another rainy day in LA. and I have myself a wee little cold. Eva and I just got home from our afternoon adventure at Trader Joe's (the cheap but natural minded California grocery store) and to a funky little record store on Venice Blvd. called, Rover Records.

We bought two used CD's; Sonic Youth's , NYC Ghosts and Flowers, and Morsel's Wrecked and Remixed. Morsel is a Detroit band who I know quite well from the Ann Arbor townee scene. I was surprised to see Morsel lazily gracing the shelves of Rover. Then we rummaged around in my car to find several usable webcast tapes like Kraftwerk's, Ok Computer, and The Clash, Combat Rock.

Our sound is out on our stream. Damn, if it's not one thing its another with this multimedia network project. I know how to make lemonade out of lemons though, so I took to the waters and bathed gracefully, as long as you didn't mind the cell phone stuck to my ear. I was mostly chatting with Surfer Tim, The Glow Glass Man.

I am planning some future E-commerce projects with Surfer, Tim. Have you seen me dance with the actual glow glass? Well, I have been getting sort of strange with them, but I still use them to drink out of. Don't worry nothing too strange, perhaps creative is a better word. I use their pink light ray as my own little special effects beam.

The Gus, my ex-boyfriend and internet journalist, helped me to fix the sound on my webcast stream last night. We originally thought it was a hardware problem, but all he had to do was reinstall the soundcard driver.

The two of us seem to be getting along much better now, it is amazing considering the turmoil we went through just a few months back. I am still in close contact with his family who call me their adopted daughter. It is interesting too since I feel like Gus' sister, I always have. I think this was part of the reason it was so sad to see our love fade. We are much better off as friends though.
