Me and Snow are enjoying our new toys. We walked to the Downtown LA Radio Shack after The Church of Love. Snow wanted to get cords for the mixing board, therefore linking all our audio sources to make for a more professional stream.
Modeling for BTG I waited outside and hung out with a trio of young Mexican boys ranging in age from 6 to 10. They had this sort of adorable orphan Annie like quality. I asked where their mother was and the eldest replied, "our aunt is in there doing holiday shopping." They showed me all the tricks they could do with their new scooters. The youngest boy was so agile that he kept one of his legs in a 90 degree angle while cruising the bike. Then Johnny, the middle aged boy, decided he would go into Radio Shack and find Snow. He ran in the store and loudly asked a group of people, "You know Kim and her dog, Sophie? They are waiting for you outside."
All the while holiday tunes like "Silent Night" were playing. It felt really good to hang out with kids again. Snow giggled at my new found posse and I had the kids show their scooter tricks to him. We waved goodbye as we walked down Flower St, the same street the Dr. Susan Block Gallery was on, the old Speakeasy that is. The place I first got on the bondage cross. I have never really been into S&M, it was more like going on the jungle gym that everyone else thinks is really sexy around you. I do get off on thoughts of having sex in front of strangers. Strangers I can't see.
The mall where Radio Shack was in was right next to The Hyatt Regency, where I once ate a fancy bistro meal with my ex lover, The Gus. I remember thinking downtown LA was sorta desolete, a nicer Detroit but a really dull San Francisco. Now its just my home, filled with everyday joys and everyday struggles. Life is exciting though. Besides the occasional winter cold, I feel focused and driven and content. Love is all around us, isn't it?

Church of Love
For those who harbor ill will or confusing karma, teach them through antics that will mirror their negativism. Let's keep on with an open heart for better or for worse. What you don't need dump. Speaking of dumps, Sophie the Schnauzer took 4 dumps on her long walk today. Heh.
In music, I played Basque during the Church of Love, along with a string of retro UK favorites; Dead Can Dance, U2, The Smiths, Kate Bush, and Sonic Boom stuff.
My college friend, Lisa Latter, has been writing me so I thought this article was appropriate considering I also played Basque music today.
Article: Thai restaurant in Malibu.
